Yesterday afternoon, we welcomed Jordan Maxwell & SALT Textiles in-store at Couverture for an intimate workshop on food-waste natural dyes and Furoshiki. Situated on our mezzanine floor, guests gained a practical insight into botanical extracts and learnt the basics of natural dyeing - including natural fibres such as rosemary, onion skins, marigold, indigo and bundle dyeing, a method that creates fun psychedelic colours.
We will be hosting more workshops throughout the year, so to keep up to date with all activities, sign up to our newsletter below.
