The three storey concept store now combines owner Emily Dyson’s Couverture – a blend of womenswear and accessories, children’s and babywear, toys, jewellery, home accessories, furniture and covetable vintage finds - with The Garbstore, co-owner Ian Paley’s menswear brand. The lower ground floor houses Paley’s selection of own-label denim, retro tees and utilitarian jackets as well as cult labels such as Rittenhouse, Mountain Research and Engineered Garments, many of these exclusive to Garbstore in the UK. www.garbstore.com

Couverture’s new website has been launched in recognition of the new store and to reflect the expanded choice of items now available.

Please note that in order to offer a wide variety of styles and designers and to be able to continually change the direction in-store, Couverture only ever buy small quantities of each style. As a result Couverture are unfortunately not able to extend the womenswear offer online. However items are available for sale by mail order.
