Home page:
Select products from the full product range displayed below the main menu and header. Clicking View/Buy takes you to a product page where options can be specified and items added to basket.
“Shopping basket” tab.
Click this to access your shopping basket.
Product pages:
View the images and read detailed descriptions.
Click the small icons on the right hand side panel to see variations of the product or detailed close up photographs.
Also on the right hand side panel make any variable selections i.e. size, colour, etc.
Enter the number of the items you wish to purchase here also.
Once you have decided on your size, quantity and any other variations click the “Add to Basket” button.
If there are any items stocked by Couverture that are related to the item you have selected i.e. matching gloves etc then these will be listed bellow the right hand panel.
Shopping basket:
Before going to the “Checkout” via the button in the bottom right hand corner of the basket you should check your selected goods and make any removals and/or multiple orders.
Once happy with the contents of your basket, proceed by pressing the “checkout”.
Checkout:
Sign in if you already have an account with Couverture (we store the address details of previous customers to speed up the checkout process).
New Customers will need to fill in a few details under the Create Account header before clicking continue to pass on and make payment.
Follow the steps through checkout:
Billing Address (Select/Add the address where the credit card being used is registered);
Shipping Address (Select your billing address, or Select/Add a new address to send the order to);
Shipping Options (select urgency of delivery and add any messages that may aid the delivery, such as detail the best time of day to deliver and so on);
Review Order (your final chance to check all your details are correct);
Enter Payment Details (select your card type from the icons and fill in the card details bellow).
Checkout complete:
You may print out a receipt from this page, one will be automatically emailed to you also.
