An evening celebrating cult Japanese label Minä Perhonen and an opportunity to meet its designer, Akira Minagawa. By means of a question and answer forum, Minagawa discussed his sources of inspiration and the techniques employed to create the innovative dresses, separates, accessories and textiles for which he is renowned. Guests were able to preview next season designs, sample Japanese cookies, crackers and sweets and enjoy a fifteen percent discount throughout the store.
